Refund Policy – 60 Day Returns

We offer a 60-day returns window on eligible items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

Online Purchases of Supplements, Vitamins, and General Health Tests

Orders for supplements, vitamins, and general health tests can be cancelled only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Orders are typically dispatched the same day if placed before 4 pm. As a result, cancellations may not be possible even if the order was placed only a few hours earlier.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched to the courier.


Refund Policy for Shipped Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, it is not eligible for cancellation.

Returns are only accepted within the 60-day returns period and must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

We cannot process refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Non-returnable medical items due to their medical nature
  • Items with a unique or custom barcode generated upon purchase
  • Opened or used personal healthcare goods where hygiene or safety is compromised

Faulty or Missing Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or missing components required for use:

  • A full refund or replacement will be provided
  • You must report the issue promptly upon receipt

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You have received the wrong product

We will assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal healthcare items where hygiene regulations apply
  • Certain medical-grade or regulated products

Refund and Cancellation Requests

All requests must be submitted via our Help Center.

  • Our team aims to respond within 30 days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank

Unless otherwise agreed, Official Rapid Tests does not accept returns on certain regulated products and will issue refunds in accordance with the original payment method.

All refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Official Rapid Tests and without prejudice to its rights.
